Mounting Your VideoMic Me-C+

The VideoMic Me-C+ is designed to connect directly to USB-C mobile devices, including both iOS* and Android smartphones. We recommend using the included mounting clip whenever possible, to provide additional support and security – simply slide the clip onto over the rear of the VideoMic Me-C+ before connecting it to your phone.

*Not compatible with iOS devices with a Lightning port.

Pro Tip

The VideoMic Me-C+ comes with a high-quality furry windshield to help curtail unpleasant wind noise when recording outdoors, or reduce the impact of plosives when speaking directly into the microphone at a close proximity.

Monitoring Your Audio

The VideoMic Me-C+ features a 3.5mm audio output on its rear that allows you to monitor your audio as you’re recording – simply connect a pair of headphones, such as the NTH-100. This allows you to monitor audio being picked up by the VideoMe-C+ as well as any audio playing back from your phone, such as when reviewing your recordings.
