As we continue to bring new products to the market, we are looking to bring on board a Warehouse Administration Assistant to support RØDE’s growth of e-commerce, manufacturing and supply chain transformation journey. This role will provide support with ad hoc jobs, freight booking and documentation.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure all stock is accounted for to scan orders that are in the warehouse.
  • Identify and communicate inventory and order issues to the Planning and Sales team.
  • Consolidation and creation of packing lists of Amazon orders according to Fulfilment Center.
  • Organise booking orders and DG documents at least 3 days prior to ECDD.
  • Printing and monitoring sales orders
  • Update Amazon master file of inventory, booking key and invoice.
  • Complete export documentation to dispatch orders.
  • Contact freight forwarders and arrange the dispatch of shipments. Ensuring all documentation is correct.
  • Upload SSCC data prior to dispatching.
  • Forecasting weight and delivery dates to freight forwarders for the following week.

You will require the following skills and experience to be successful:

  • Certificate in Warehousing or equivalent (Desirable but not required)
  • Supply Chain experience highly preferred
  • Familiarity with RF scanners
  • Previous ERP system experience highly preferred
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Freight forwarding experience
  • Experience working in fast paced environments
