Sales and Marketing Manager - India

With a growing presence in India, we’re now seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to accelerate our market expansion and deepen our engagement with Indian customers, partners, and creators. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact in a dynamic, high-growth region. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Market Strategy & Localisation: 

  • Identify key regions and customer segments across India to prioritise sales and marketing efforts. 

  • Develop and execute local go-to-market strategies that reflect India’s diverse cultures, languages, and market trends. 

  • Work with global HQ to adapt messaging, content, and campaigns for the Indian market. 

Sales Growth & Distributor Management: 

  • Manage and grow relationships with Indian distributors and key retail/dealer partners. 

  • Drive quarterly sales targets, ensuring sustainable growth and high product visibility across channels. 

  • Provide sales enablement tools and training to partners to ensure strong brand representation. 

Creator & Influencer Engagement

  • Build a community of local creators, musicians, and influencers to support product launches and ongoing advocacy. 

  • Expand and manage our affiliate and ambassador programs within India. 

  • Host creator meetups and branded events to build brand affinity and trust. 

Media & PR Relationships: 

  • Cultivate strong relationships with Indian media outlets, content platforms, and trade publications. 

  • Secure regular coverage and thought leadership opportunities to position the brand at the forefront of audio technology in India. 

Strategic Partnerships: 

  • Identify and establish partnerships with local brands, educational institutions, and content platforms to amplify reach and relevance. 

  • Explore co-branded opportunities that align with our brand ethos and audience. 

Campaign Execution: 

  • Work alongside the Global Campaigns team to propose and execute quarterly campaigns tailored for the Indian market. 

  • Leverage local trends, cultural moments, and customer insights to drive impactful marketing activations. 

CRM & Community Building: 

  • Grow and manage regional databases for India, using eDM and community engagement tools to stay connected with users and fans. 

  • Drive lead generation initiatives to support both marketing and sales goals. 

Reporting & Insights: 

  • Deliver regular reports to HQ on market performance, sales growth, brand sentiment, competitor activity, and creator feedback. 

  • Use data to refine strategies and provide actionable insights.
