Our continued growth has created this new full-time role within the e-Commerce division of the dispatch team.

Responsibilities of this role include:

• Identifying and communicating inventory and order issues to the Planning and Sales team
• Consolidation and creation of packing lists for Amazon orders
• Printing and monitoring sales orders
• Updating Amazon master file of inventory, booking keys and invoices.
• Completing export documentation for dispatch orders.
• Contacting freight forwarders and arranging the dispatch of shipments

Whilst training is provided for the above, the following skills and experience are pre-requisites:

• High proficiency in accurate typing
• Quick learner
• Experience working in fast paced environments
• High attention to detail
• Previous SAP/ERP/WMS system experience
• Freight forwarding experience (preferred)
